Ventura Health Services is a leading healthcare organization operating more than fifteen facilities across multiple care categories, including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, mental health facilities, and drug treatment programs. As the organization grew, it faced mounting challenges in managing food costs across numerous locations, each with different suppliers, menu requirements, and patient dietary needs. The leadership team recognized that ensuring quality and nutrition consistency while maintaining budget control required more than manual oversight.
